Brewed as a special gift for Ninkasi’s faithful, this Red Ale is dark, malty,

rich and has a playful hop presence.  Made to warm the heart and comfort the soul.

CbP (Captured by Porches)IPA-Clinton Street, Portland, OR

 

A beautifully balanced IPA.  Full of hops, but not astringent

 or grapefuity; balanced and quaffable.

An over the top, unfiltered, German style Pilsner with a rich malt base and

This is an aggressive beer. 

You probably won’t like it.  It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or

 sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality or depth.

A lightly, rich body with hints of apple, anise, clove and brown sugar. 

Smooth and very drinkable with a peppery bite in the finish.  A very unique Amber!

Piraat Flemish Strong Ale, Belgium- 11.2oz $7.95

 

This mildly sweet triple was favored by 17th and 18th century sea captains.

Strong enough to with stand their long journeys.

Quick Wit-Ft George Brewing, Astoria, OR

A Belgian style white, wheat ale that is very pale and cloudy from being.

Ground coriander, lemongrass and wild elderflower are added to give this Wit a refreshing depth of flavor.

 

El Torero IPA- Alameda Brewing, Portland, OR

Fruity and bursting with hops, this tawny hued IPA

is practically screaming “drink me!”

Scottish Ale-Fearless Brewing, Estacada, OR

Scottish brewers traditionally do not use a lot of hops in their beers, so this is a

caramel/malty beer with a slightly nutty, roasty component.

St Bridget’s Porter-Great Divide, Denver, CO

A smooth and elegant brown porter, brimming with coffee and chocolate

characteristics from dark barley malts and carefully hopped to provide the perfect complement to its malty robustness.

A pale ale with clean, malty flavor and hints of fruitiness. The smooth hop bitterness and dry finish

lend a crisp character to this beer. The aroma is wonderfully floral and spicy.

A crisp and refreshing golden ale with mild fruity esters

and soft malt character

IPA- Stone Brewing, San Diego, CA

True to the style of an IPA, this beer is highly hopped and higher in

alcohol with a huge hop aroma, flavor and bitterness throughout. 

A medium malt character helps to even out the heavy dose of hops to culminate in a crisp hop finish.
