Cask Conditioned
Cask Conditioning allows the beer to naturally ferment in its cask. No additional carbonation is added as it is pumped out by hand. The result is a less effervescent beer than one might usually expect, but a clearer representation of the beer’s flavor.
Younger’s Special Bitter-Rogue, Newport, OR
A cask version of YSB. Lovingly referred to as “Billy” for Don Younger’s brother Bill Younger. YSB is the closest thing we have to a “house beer.”
4.8% ABV
Hogs Back Stout- Mt. Hood Brewing, Government Camp, OR
An English style stout, slightly sweeter than an Irish stout. Extremely complex in flavor and aroma.
4.5% ABV
